Elena Cardone is an accomplished woman with a successful career in the entertainment industry. She has been involved in music management and production, television and film for over 15 years. 

She’s worked on projects that have ranged from ‘The World Music Awards’ to ‘Mariah Carey: The Adventures of Mimi’. She is also the founder of numerous businesses – ‘Choices’ health club, the entertainment production company ‘Velvet Blue Productions’ and a talent management agency.

Elena and her husband Grant Cardone also run ‘Motivation Earth’, a company which they founded in order to offer exclusive educational seminars, online coaching and consulting services.  Their most recent business venture is the Cardone University – an online university with courses on self-development and motivation.

In this interview with Rhonda Swan of the Rhonda Swan Show, Elena talks about the mindset behind both business and the life she shares with her husband.

When asked to encapsulate what the 10X Mindset is Elena responded “It’s about women coming together owning their power, owning their responsibility on the planet to make a difference for the better (…) It’s about the five pillars, you can’t have a 10x mindset and have your health be failing. You can’t be in great health and have all of your relationships fail. You know, so 10X Ladies is about mindset relationships, not just with your partner, but also with your colleagues, your children, your business and finance.”
