You recently released your song ‘Bedroom Magician’! Will you tell us a bit about it?

My husband and I have written many love songs together over the years and decided it’s about time we start putting them out one at a time, so we started with one of our naughtiest songs, Bedroom Magician, lol. The song basically boasts about a person with bedroom skills and how I am melting for the person.

What was the song writing process for it?

We started off with a melody and some happy chords on the acoustic guitar and then started to put words to it.

Who are some of your biggest musical influences?

My musical influences include Sade, Zap Mama and Fela Kuti.

Who would be a dream collaboration for you?

Working with Yemi Alade, who I consider to be the Afrobeats Queen.

Do you have a mantra or piece of advice you carry with you that you like to pass on to other musicians?

Oh, yes. “Music is a labor of love”. When I am not feeling too encouraged, I remind myself about the “labor” part, as love for music is always present for me.

Any other upcoming projects we should be on the lookout for?

Yes, I am working on a book as well as the music video for “Bedroom Magician” and both are slated for release in January.

Please let everyone know where they can keep up with you and your music!

I am very active on instagram and my website is also a good place to keep up with my music.
