Describe your vocal & songwriting style to your potential new fan base..
I am told I sound like Robin Zander, lead singer from the band Cheap Trick one of my all-time favorite bands.. My songwriting style … I try to keep it radio friendly.. I always get to the Chorus in under a min a cross between Oasis & The Beatles.
Name a few of your musical influences..
Cheap Trick, My favorite guitar player is Gary Moore RIP, I have always loved Jimi Hendrix and Jimmy Page.
Tell us something truly interesting about yourself that is not music related…
Before I got signed, I worked as an art handler for the rich and famous, I installed their artwork, my former clients were Robert DiNiro & Madonna.
How would you describe the music industry scene in your city?
I love playing in my hometown of NYC, I sold out The Gramercy Theater here. the music scene here is alive and well at any given night there is always some band band playing in my big city.
What is the best concert you have ever been to?
My favorite band of all time is HIM I saw their last concert before they broke up it was one of my best nights .. but nothing compares to seeing KISS at Madison Square Garden on their farewell tour.
What do you enjoy most about performing LIVE?
I love playing live, one of my best shows ever was a show I played in London UK it was a hot summer night and we went on at 1am and the fans were rushing the stage jumping on the tables.. the band was on fire! We rocked the UK.
What’s your favorite track on your latest EP?
I would have to say “Kissed By The Light Of The Moon” I had the guitar part for the chorus in my head, I rented all kinds of acoustic instruments to try and get the sound I was hearing in my head, I tried mandolins added cellos plus assorted acoustic guitars I finally got the sound I was looking for to make it sound magical
How have you evolved as an artist over the last couple of years through the pandemic?
During the pandemic I wrote so many songs on lock down but all the songs seemed to be dark and gloomy, I guess a reflection on my heart.. but I had fans checking in on me from around the world and they all ordered so much merchandise last year I started to write all new songs to reflect love to thank the fans, a romantic album.
If you could co-write a song, have dinner, with any band or artist (dead or alive) who would that be?
Jimmy Page would be my only choice, he is my hero. I still want to get his autograph or guitar pick.
What’s next for your music career?
Right now plans are to make another music video for ‘Kissed By The light Of The Moon’ we are filming in Central Park. Next step, touring.. we already have a huge summer stage concert booked in June. Also, at the end of the year, working on making a 10 min. film. I already have all in place. I look forward to rockin’ the world to meet my fans around the world in 2022.
