What has been the greatest moment of 2020 for you?
Honestly, it was being able to stay home in my home studio this year and really get to know myself as an artist. This year, I’ve opened up a lot in my music and people really seem to connect with the music more than ever.
How do you want your art to be remembered?
I definitely want to be remembered as an honest role model for younger girls.
How have you felt most appreciated as a creative and artist?
This year, all of your love on my Instagram reels has felt really amazing. When you put years of hard work into growing your brand, it feels so good to finally get the recognition!
Who have been your strongest allies in your career?
My supporters. At the end of the day, I’d be nowhere without them!
What do you see as the most important part of your journey?
The most important part of my journey has been the struggles. They are not fun to go through but are needed to appreciate the amazing parts!
Please tell us about your latest project and how we can get involved!
My latest project is my single “Old Soul.” This one is a special one because it’s the first time I’ve opened up about feeling like an outcast. I’ve never been into drinking or smoking so college was a bit of a struggle for me. I only wanted to be in my dorm writing music so this song is about me not quite fitting in with other people my age. You can find the song on all streaming platforms 🙂
