What have been your greatest achievements in 2019?b

My greatest achievements in 2019 have been building and learning my own recording studio, writing my own original music and of course ALWAYS growing as a musician.

Where are headed for 2020?

I am headed to reach all of my goals for 2020.  Some of which are, releasing my own music and sharing the stage with my top ten bands I want to perform and collaborate with.

Please tell us about your upcoming shows!

I play all of the time!!  Sometimes local to southern California and sometimes out on the road.  Best place to see where I am is usually Instagram and Facebook.

Where did you learn to play the Violin and how did you create this unique style of playing!?

I started out being trained as a classical violinist.  I had asked my parents for lessons, so when I finally got them, I couldn’t get enough.  I also grew up listening to a lot of classic rock from my Dad’s collection and my older brothers.  I listened to everything, from Led Zeppelin (one of my favorite bands), The Beach Boys, Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Metallica, Ozzy, Mad Season, Miles Davis, Stephane Grappelli, Joni Mitchell… On and on.  When I started violin, I knew I wanted to do something different with it.  My dad showed me the band “It’s a Beautiful Day” and I fell in love with the psychedelic violin sound they had.  So that was it… I began trying to make my violin sound like Hendrix, Page, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and David Gilmour.  I was way off, but years later, I started sitting in with as many bands as I could and that’s really where I started to curate my sound.  Of course, I am still refining it!
