Aro Rose is back—and she’s about to wreck your soul in the best way possible.
The Manhattan-born singer/songwriter is dropping her highly anticipated new single, “Live Without You,” on June 29th, 2025, and let’s just say, if you’ve ever ugly-cried to a piano ballad, you’ll want to have tissues on standby.
Aro’s journey hasn’t exactly followed the traditional path. She taught herself piano as a kid, started penning lyrics before most of us had figured out long division, and by 2017, she was laying down tracks at Executive 15 Studio in Cherry Hill, NJ. After a brief stint with Parliament Records in L.A., she made the bold move to go independent in 2019—and hasn’t looked back since.

Her sound? Think Lana Del Rey’s moody allure, Adele’s raw soul, and the storytelling magic of vintage singer-songwriters—stitched together with synths, aching guitars, and this gorgeous, haunting darkness that she somehow makes feel like home. Aro’s debut album Damaged (2022) proved she’s not just writing songs—she’s scoring an entire emotional universe.
Now comes “Live Without You,” a slow-burning heartbreaker produced by Grammy-winner Scott Carter. It’s about the death of a relationship you thought would last forever—and the kind of healing that only happens after you’ve walked through fire. It’s raw, it’s elegant, and it hits that impossible sweet spot between sadness and strength.
Out June 29th on all major platforms. Don’t miss this one—it’s a song that doesn’t just stay in your head, it lingers in your chest.
